Working at Heights: Fundamentals of Fall Protection

Training Information

The Ontario Industrial & Finishing Skills Centre (OIFSC) is an Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA) Approved Training Provider. As such OIFSC is obligated to adhere to IHSA’s rules and guidelines in the course delivery.

Each participant MUST bring the following to the training:

  • Valid government issued photo identification (such as driver’s license, passport, Firearms License, Certificate of Indian Status Card, Ontario Photo Card, or Permanent Residence Card. Note the Ontario Health Card will NOT be accepted).
  • Personal Protection Equipment, safety boots and hardhat

If a participant does not have valid photo identification and personal protection equipment they will NOT be allowed to take the training and they will not receive a refund.

Registration and payment for Working at Heights must be completed in advance of the training date. Changes or cancellations must be completed 72 hours in advance of the training date. There will be no refunds for no shows, late arrivals, failures, participants who fail to provide a valid government issued photo identification, or those who fail to bring personal protection equipment.
